A bespoke wedding ring July 07 2014, 1 Comment

It's a year since I created a bespoke wedding ring for a friend of mine.

This bride was looking for something pretty with a rustic edge, she showed me a few images and we then agreed on 4 designs to prototype (some pictured below.)

The chosen design is a simple soft oval band with an engraved pattern in 9ct white gold. White gold is generally sold with a cover of rhodium plating which is very bright white. This band is not plated and the white gold itself is a soft, warm white, very flattering.

This image shows the silver prototype and the final band. The light is picking up the hint of yellow in the white gold.

And one last picture of the final band. I love to create unique jewellery for a specific person, please get in touch if you would like to discuss a special piece.
