Coral has been everywhere for what seems like months, but at the moment it's still by far my favourite colour. Whether it's a subtle hint like on the edges of these tulips, or a deep reddish tone it's the perfect summer shade.
The coral which is used in jewellery is the calcified skeletons of the sea living plants. It's very soft in comparison to most gemstones, so is generally cut into cabochons (smooth, flat backed stones). The dark red colour is the most valuable, but the soft pink in these rings is very pretty.
These simple rings are the perfect summer accessory, sterling silver with a round coral cab simply set.
Limited edition for the summer only, drop me an email if you would like to order one of these rings for £32.
