Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Payment is required prior to the production and shipping of an item. My items are mostly made to order, and should ship 3-6 weeks after payment is received. Please see individual items for more detailed shipping times.

If you require an item on a specific date, please send me an email to confirm prior to purchasing.

Once an item is shipped delivery is not within my control. If your item does not arrive please contact me so that we can discuss a resolution. Orders over a certain value, and being sent overseas will be sent via a tracked service.

Any customs fees due on overseas orders are the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds will not be given where the purchaser does not wish to pay customs fees.

Returns:

Made to order items are not eligible for return, but if you aren't totally happy please contact me and I will try to find a solution.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We cannot be held responsible for any returned items lost in transit, and would recommend using a tracked method of shipping.

Ring Sizing:

It is your responsibility to ensure that rings are ordered in the correct size. Made to order items are not eligible for free exchange if ordered incorrectly. If your items are not a perfect fit when they arrive, metal rings can be resized for a fee of £10 including return postage to you, stone set rings vary in cost, please contact me for a quotation. I will try to offer as affordable a solution as possible, but would strongly recommend you have your fingers measured prior to purchasing to avoid any possible issues.
