Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Payment is required prior to the production and shipping of an item. My items are mostly made to order, and should ship 3-6 weeks after payment is received. Please see individual items for more detailed shipping times.

If you require an item on a specific date, please send me an email to confirm prior to purchasing.

Once an item is shipped delivery is not within my control. If your item does not arrive please contact me so that we can discuss a resolution. I do replace items lost in the post if I have sent them, but anything being returned is the responsibility of the person sending it.

I do not ship outside the UK.

Returns:

Made to order items are not eligible for return, but if you aren't totally happy please contact me and I will try to find a solution. For simple items I may be able to offer an exchange.

I ask that people keep in mind that making items involves considerable cost, if you aren't sure what you want please get in touch to discuss how I can help you decide, without ordering items you expect to return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. I cannot be held responsible for any returned items lost in transit, and would recommend using a tracked method of shipping.

Ring Sizing:

It is your responsibility to ensure that rings are ordered in the correct size. Made to order items are not eligible for free exchange if ordered incorrectly. 

I generally offer one free resize for metal only rings, within a couple of sizes, as long as reasonable care has been taken to order them in the right size.

It isn't always possible to get these things right without having the exact style of ring and being able to wear it for a while to get an idea of how your fingers behave in different temperatures, but I will not be sympathetic if you have just guessed a size, or used a tape measure and are totally wrong.

There are lots of ways for me to help with this so get in touch if you aren't sure.

I cannot resize stone set rings, I don't have the equipment. I can send plastic sizers and sizing bands to ensure that items are correct before they are made. It is your responsibility to engage with this process, or you will need to approach someone else to arrange resizing.
