Returns
I really hope you are thrilled with your purchase, but if you aren't satisfied with your item please inform me within 7 days of receiving the piece.

To return your product, you should send your product to: 6a Manor Drive, Basement Flat, Surbiton, KT5 8NE

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

It is your responsibility to ensure that rings are ordered in the correct size. Made to order items are not eligible for free exchange if ordered incorrectly. I generally offer one free resize for metal only rings, within reason (as in as long as it doesn't require a full remake from new material).

Stone set rings I cannot resize, as they can't be heated. 

I will try to offer as affordable a solution as possible, but would strongly recommend you have your fingers measured prior to purchasing to avoid any possible issues. 

None of this is intended to catch you out, it's just the reality of making to order and the traditional way I work. Any questions at all please get in touch, I want to help as much as possible.
